Arts Connect Inc, with the assistance of the Sunshine Coast Council, is again hosting Sculpture on the Edge – a world-class sculpture exhibition that attracts over 6,000 visitors per year. 2024 leads us into our 15th year running the event which we proudly partner with Flaxton Gardens as the host venue and competition major prize sponsor.
Each year the event has marketing and promotions that reach a broad cross section of the local community who are interested in learning more, and engaging with, our amazing creative industry. This reach now extends intrastate, interstate and nationwide enticing more visitors to the Sunshine Coast.

Arts Connect is a member-based not-for-profit artist group which aims to support and promote artists on the Sunshine Coast by providing opportunities to exhibit their work, and also to develop their skills as artists. We have a broad range of members, with a diverse range of skills and experience across many art forms, from long-term professionals to emerging talent. Our annual program includes two flagship events, Open Studios Sunshine Coast and Sculpture on the Edge, and several smaller member exhibitions, workshops and social events throughout the year.
